“Paradise Discovered: The Unbreakable Virgin Islanders” added to Singapore’s Public Libraries

Paradise Discovered: The Unbreakable Virgin Islanders has been added to Singapore’s public libraries after being acquired by the country’s National Library Board. The award-winning film is now available for viewing at the following libraries:

  • Ang Mo Kio Public Library
  • Bedok Public Library
  • Bishan Public Library
  • Jurong Public Library
  • Queenstown Public Library
  • Tampines Regional Library

“The nation of Singapore is a shining example of how a small island state can thrive economically by a heavy focus ok education,” says Paradise Discovered producer Peter Bailey. “I’m honored to have helped to build this bridge between the Caribbean and Singapore.”

This comes on heels of the film’s sequel ”Paradise Discovered: The Unbreakable Virgin Islanders 2.0” winning for best documentary at this year’s Grenada 1261 Film Festival and several years after film director Peter Bailey set a goal to have the Paradise Discovered film series added to more than 1,000 libraries and educational institutions worldwide.
The film series is currently available at more than a dozen libraries and institutions including Stanford University, Notre Dame University, New York University, Los Angeles Public Library, San Diego Public Library and St. Paul Public Library.
